About the Role
Amneal Pharma is hiring Officer – Quality Assurance (API) professionals for its Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh facility.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure strict compliance with cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and GDP (Good Documentation Practices) during all manufacturing stages.
- Perform line clearance checks before production and packaging operations.
- Monitor and verify critical process parameters as per approved BMR/BPR.
- Review and update SOPs, protocols, and QA documentation.
- Oversee sampling, labeling, and dispensing of raw materials and intermediates.
- Conduct in-process checks and record real-time observations accurately.
- Identify, document, and escalate deviations, OOS, or OOT incidents promptly.
- Participate in investigations, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions), and audits.
- Collaborate with Production, QC, and QA teams to ensure smooth plant operations.

Additional Responsibilities
- Conduct shop floor rounds to maintain GMP compliance.
- Train production and QA staff on documentation and quality procedures.
- Support preparation and review of SOPs, BMRs, and BPRs.

- Assist in technology transfer and validation activities.
- Represent QA during regulatory and customer audits.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing and QA processes.

Qualifications & Experience
Educational Qualification:
- M.Sc. in Chemistry or Pharmaceutical Sciences
Experience:
- 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in API manufacturing Quality Assurance (mandatory)
Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of cGMP, GDP, and quality management systems.
- Excellent documentation and analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and perform efficiently under tight timelines.
- Exposure to regulatory audits (USFDA, EMA, MHRA) preferred.
