Position: Technical Assistant – Wet Lab Operations
Department: Genomics & Diagnostics
Experience Required: 0–6 months (Freshers encouraged to apply)

CTC: ₹2.75 – ₹3.00 LPA
Shift: Rotational (Day & Night)
Work Schedule: 6 days a week (with rotational week off)

💼 Key Responsibilities
As a Technical Assistant, you’ll play an essential role in supporting laboratory operations and ensuring the accuracy of molecular diagnostic testing. Freshers Hiring for MSc Microbiology/Biotech
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating with diagnostic laboratory partners for smooth test processing.
- Providing technical support and timely process updates.
- Handling and documenting daily lab activities.
- Assisting in DNA/RNA extraction, sample preparation, and RT-PCR setup.
- Supporting troubleshooting during sequencing and data generation.
- Ensuring compliance with quality and safety protocols in all lab processes.
🎓 Required Qualifications & Skills
Education:
- M.Sc. in Microbiology or Biotechnology (mandatory).
Skills & Experience:
- Basic theoretical or practical knowledge of DNA extraction and RT-PCR.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple lab-related tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including night).
