Job Description
The Apprentice Quality Assurance role focuses on supporting quality operations across manufacturing, packing, and dispensing activities. The position provides hands-on exposure to GMP, documentation, in-process quality checks, and regulatory compliance within a regulated pharmaceutical environment. Key Responsibilities
- Perform area and line clearance for manufacturing, packing, and dispensing operations
- Conduct in-process quality checks during manufacturing and packing activities
- Inspect dispensing activities at defined intervals
- Verify daily calibration status of weighing balances
- Monitor environmental conditions in raw material staging, manufacturing, and packing areas
- Verify equipment and area cleanliness during line clearance
- Review online Batch Manufacturing Records and production documentation
- Collect samples of bulk, finished goods, and control samples
- Report and maintain daily non-conformance observations
- Perform quality checks in Tablet, Liquid, HNH, and ANH manufacturing departments
- Support statistical process monitoring activities
- Observe process deviations online and assist in CAPA implementation
- Ensure compliance with data integrity requirements
- Support sanitation program implementation on the shop floor
- Execute quality requirements for food and dietary supplement exports (US 21 CFR Part 111)
- Provide on-the-job training to new production staff
- Ensure adherence to EHS norms and safety guidelines
