1. Junior Technician – Production
Educational Qualification:
B.Sc / ITI / Diploma in relevant technical discipline
Experience Required:
1 to 8 years in pharmaceutical production
Preference for injectable or sterile manufacturing experience
Roles and Responsibilities – Junior Technician
- Operating production equipment in manufacturing, filling, washing, and AVI areas
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations as per SOPs
- Adhering strictly to GMP, safety, and cleanroom protocols
- Performing routine checks, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Supporting shift operations and batch execution
- Maintaining production logs and documentation

2. Production Officer / Senior Officer
Educational Qualification:
B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Experience Required:

Roles and Responsibilities – Production Officer / Senior Officer
- Supervising production activities in Grade B and Grade C areas
- Handling filling lines, lyophilization processes, and visual inspection
- Monitoring batch processes and ensuring yield optimization
- Ensuring compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements
- Preparing and reviewing batch manufacturing records
- Coordinating with QC, QA, Engineering, and Warehouse teams
- Leading shifts and managing manpower effectively
- Troubleshooting production issues and implementing improvements
Candidates with prior injectable plant experience will have a strong advantage.
