- Study Coordination and Start-up:
- Organize and participate in study start-up teleconferences with internal and external clinical research teams.

- Clinical Supply and Shipment Management:
- Assist in ensuring drug shipment and investigational product (IP) compliance according to client SOPs and study protocols.
- Track and document clinical supplies across different study sites to ensure readiness for clinical trial operations.
- Data Accuracy and System Updates:
- Maintain and update clinical data accurately within client systems.
- Ensure that all study information adheres to data integrity principles and regulatory standards.
- Inspection Readiness and Documentation:
- Support the clinical study team in achieving inspection readiness by maintaining up-to-date and accurate documentation.
- Compile and generate Clinical Study Report (CSR) Modular Appendices as per sponsor requirements.
- Study Closeout Activities:
- Assist in the closeout phase by ensuring all essential documents are archived and accessible.
- Manage essential study records according to the Trial Master File (TMF) SOPs.
- Performance Metrics and Compliance:
- Ensure all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for assigned studies are consistently met or exceeded.
- Maintain high standards of quality assurance and compliance in all assigned tasks.
Educational Qualifications
