Job Role – Consultant, Market Access Insights
IQVIA is currently seeking a Consultant to join the Market Access Insights team in Mumbai, India.
This position offers a unique opportunity to work on global healthcare projects that shape policy, inform pricing and reimbursement strategies, and influence regulatory decision-making worldwide. IQVIA Hiring for Consultant Market Access Insights
As a Consultant, you will engage in strategic problem-solving, quantitative and qualitative analysis, and market access research to support global pharmaceutical clients. You may also lead small project teams or specific workstreams while collaborating closely with senior consultants and global stakeholders. IQVIA Hiring for Consultant Market Access Insights
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze client problems, helping design data-driven solutions and comprehensive documentation.
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses of Health Technology Assessment (HTA) reports and reimbursement landscapes globally.
- Conduct competitive intelligence to support predictive analyses of regulatory and HTA submissions.
- Design, structure, and present client deliverables, ensuring clarity, precision, and strategic impact.
- Support the development of proposals, project scoping, and business strategies.
- Contribute to global healthcare projects aimed at improving market access efficiency.
- Continuously enhance your expertise in market access consulting, health economics, and life sciences through project experience and learning initiatives.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or related discipline.
- 2–5 years of consulting experience in Market Access, Health Economics, or Real-World Evidence projects.
- Familiarity with global HTA and reimbursement processes.
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in diverse teams.
- Highly organized with time management and multi-tasking capabilities.
- Willingness to learn quickly, adapt to dynamic environments, and contribute proactively to team success.
Key Skills Required
- Knowledge of market access frameworks and pharmaceutical pricing strategies.
- Strong grasp of healthcare systems, clinical data, and regulatory processes.
- Data interpretation and presentation skills for client-facing reports.
- Proficiency in tools like MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization software is preferred.
