Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor clinical trial timelines to ensure milestones are met.
- Support the project team in reporting, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
- Coordinate site and vendor selection, negotiate contracts, and oversee deliverables.
- Ensure study compliance with SOPs, GCP, and local regulatory requirements.
- Review and analyze clinical data to identify potential operational risks and propose corrective actions.
- Track study performance metrics and report deviations from project plans.
- Assist with clinical trial budgeting, expenditure monitoring, and financial tracking.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, project plans, and study reports.
- Support recruitment strategy development and progress monitoring.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams—clinical, regulatory, and data management—to align deliverables.

Qualifications and Experience
- Education:
- High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical research or project management.
- Prior exposure to global clinical trial operations is highly desirable.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency required.
- Understanding of SOP, GCP, and regulatory standards in clinical research.
- Certifications (Preferred):
- Clinical Project Management Certification.
- Good Clinical Practice (GCP) Certification.
