As a Pharmacovigilance Call Handler at Wipro, you will be responsible for handling voice-based safety interactions related to adverse drug events. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to adverse drug events (AEs) and safety information
- Collect, document, and validate adverse event and safety data accurately
- Perform ICSR intake activities in compliance with global pharmacovigilance regulations
- Identify and escalate serious adverse events (SAEs) as per defined SOPs
- Follow regulatory timelines, quality standards, and internal processes
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and safety data at all times
- Ensure compliance with pharmacovigilance SOPs and client-specific guidelines
