1. Maintaining Cleanliness and GMP Compliance

2. Execution of Critical Manufacturing Operations
The candidate will be responsible for performing essential production tasks like compounding, filtration, filling, sealing, loading and unloading of autoclaves, and handling vial or ampoule sterilization processes.

Raw materials and excipients must be dispensed as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and approved documents. Accuracy, precision, and safe material handling are vital to maintain consistent product quality.
4. Documentation in BMR and BPR
The selected candidates must ensure accurate entries in Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), Batch Packaging Records (BPR), and equipment logbooks. Good Documentation Practices (GDP) must be strictly followed, as documentation plays a crucial role in audits and regulatory approvals.
5. Adherence to GMP and Safety Protocols
Sterile manufacturing demands strict compliance with guidelines related to GMP, GDP, data integrity, and safety standards. The ability to follow written procedures consistently is essential.
