- Experience: 3–5 years in API plant operations
Pilot Plant Shift Incharge (2 Positions)
- Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc Chemistry
- Experience: 5–7 years in pilot-scale API manufacturing
QC Chemist (5 Positions)
- Qualification: M.Sc Chemistry
- Experience: 3–5 years in API Quality Control
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and regulatory standards
- Perform API synthesis, reactions, scale-up, and batch manufacturing
- Conduct analytical testing using HPLC, GC, and other instruments
- Handle documentation, batch records, deviations, and investigations
- Supervise shifts and coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Follow EHS guidelines and drive continuous process improvements
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of API manufacturing and analytical techniques
- Hands-on experience in regulated API environments
- Understanding of regulatory documentation and compliance
- Problem-solving ability and team coordination skills
- Willingness to work in shifts
Salary & Benefits
- 3–5 years experience: ₹3.5 – ₹6.5 LPA
- 5–7 years experience: ₹6.0 – ₹9.0 LPA
