Key Responsibilities
- Provide both administrative and technical support to the global project and study teams.
- Coordinate, oversee, and manage assigned trial activities in accordance with the project task matrix.
- Maintain accurate study-specific documentation, including project trackers, training logs, and system access management.
- Ensure eTMF is up-to-date and compliant through scheduled reviews and timely uploads.
- Manage and support CTMS, Veeva Vault, GoBalto, and Risk-Based Monitoring (RBM) systems.
- Track local and global regulatory documents and manage IRB/IEC submissions.
- Assist with coordination and distribution of Investigator Site Files (ISF), pharmacy binders, and non-clinical supplies.
- Analyze and reconcile study metrics and provide data-driven insights for project improvement.
- Support process improvement initiatives and training programs for new team members.
- Coordinate and document client and internal meetings, including preparing detailed meeting minutes.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Clinical Trial Coordinator.
- Proven hands-on experience with Veeva Vault, CTMS, and eTMF systems.
- Solid understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines and clinical research regulations.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a global team environment.
- Self-motivated professional with attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
