Production Department

Quality Control Department
The Quality Control (QC) Department is the backbone of Synthimed Labs’ manufacturing excellence. Key Responsibilities
For Production Department:
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment used in API production.
- Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for daily production tasks.
- Prepare and maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packaging Records (BPR).
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, safety, and environmental guidelines.
- Participate in process validation, troubleshooting, and process optimization activities.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance (QA) and QC teams to ensure timely product release.
- Report deviations, incidents, and equipment malfunctions promptly to the supervisor.
- Support manufacturing scale-up and new product introduction activities.
For Quality Control (QC) Department:
- Conduct routine analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
- Perform analytical tests using HPLC, GC, FTIR, and UV Spectroscopy instruments.
- Review and document analytical data in compliance with cGMP and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and standardize reagents and solutions as per validated methods.
- Participate in OOS (Out-of-Specification) and OOT (Out-of-Trend) investigations.
- Ensure equipment calibration, preventive maintenance, and documentation are up to date.
- Collaborate with QA for audits and regulatory inspections.
- Support the implementation of data integrity and electronic documentation systems.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science (B.Sc.) or Pharmacy (B.Pharm).
