Job Responsibilities
HR – Trainee Officer
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
- Assist in HR documentation and compliance with labor laws.
- Coordinate employee training and welfare initiatives.
Accounts – Senior Executive
- Maintain financial records including ledgers and balance sheets.
- Handle budgeting, auditing, and tax compliance.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports.
Production – Officer
- Monitor and oversee tablet/capsule manufacturing in OSD section.
- Ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
- Work closely with Quality Control to maintain product standards.
Operators – Compression, Granulation, Strip, Coating, Blister, Capsule
- Operate and maintain production machinery.
- Follow SOPs and ensure quality in each production stage.
- Troubleshoot and report equipment maintenance needs.
