1. Planning and Managing Data Management Activities

3. Supporting Project Management
- Serve as a support resource for project managers when required.
- May independently manage “stand-alone” data management projects.
- Participate in project team meetings to provide updates, insights, and solutions related to data management.
4. Contribution to Business Development
- Assist in preparing Requests for Proposals (RFPs) by collaborating with the Business Development and clinical teams.
- Offer inputs on scope, timelines, and feasibility to ensure accurate costing and proposal development.
5. Development and Maintenance of Data Management Plans
- Liaise with clients and internal teams to develop and maintain comprehensive Data Management Plans.
- Ensure DMPs reflect project needs, regulatory guidelines, and best practices.
6. Oversight of Database Design and Validation
- Lead the design and review of database structures, validation rules, and consistency checks.
- Ensure clinical data management systems operate efficiently and adhere to study requirements.
- Lead all data cleaning and validation activities, ensuring accuracy and integrity of clinical data.
7. Supervision and Training of Junior Staff
- Provide mentorship and training to junior data managers and contract staff.
- Support knowledge-sharing initiatives and guide team members in adopting best practices and SOP-compliant workflows.
- Ensure high-quality performance and professional development of the data management team.
8. Quality Assurance and Compliance
- Ensure that all data management activities comply with ICH-GCP, GCDMP guidelines, and client requirements.
- Ensure data quality through rigorous validation, query management, and timely data review.
Qualifications and Experience
