Job Description – Research Associate (Bioanalytical)

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and validate bioanalytical methods using LC-MS/MS
- Process and analyze biological samples for assigned clinical studies
- Operate, calibrate, and troubleshoot LC-MS/MS and related analytical instruments
- Prepare draft SOPs and method SOPs in compliance with internal procedures
- Ensure adherence to GLP, OECD GLP principles, and 21 CFR Part 11
- Maintain instrument logbooks, calibration records, and audit readiness
- Complete mandatory SOP and system trainings before project initiation

Required Qualifications & Experience
Educational Qualification:
- M.Pharm / B.Pharm / M.Sc. (Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related discipline)
Experience:
- 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in bioanalytical laboratory operations
- Strong experience in LC-MS/MS method development and validation
- Working knowledge of GLP, OECD guidelines, and regulatory documentation
