Key Responsibilities – Research Analyst
Data Collection & Evidence Generation
- Conduct primary research including surveys with US healthcare stakeholders
- Perform secondary research using global databases and sources such as FDA, NIH, NCCN, Elsevier, MMIT, and DRG
- Track oncology market trends, competitor activity, and stakeholder insights

Data Analysis & Validation
- Collect, organize, and validate large datasets with high accuracy
- Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and ensure overall research integrity
Reporting & Insights Development
- Collaborate closely with US-based consulting teams
- Develop high-quality, client-ready PowerPoint and Excel deliverables
- Publish non–peer-reviewed oncology market and analytics content
- Translate complex oncology, clinical, and commercial data into clear, actionable insights
Qualifications & Experience Required
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 2–3 years of experience OR Master’s degree with 1–2 years of experience
- Educational background in B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm.D, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Microbiology, or related fields
- 1–3 years of experience in oncology consulting, analytics, or pharmaceutical market research
- Strong written, verbal, and analytical communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience interpreting US oncology regulatory and guideline data (FDA, NCCN, CMS, etc.)
- Exposure to pharmaceutical primary research methodologies
- Knowledge of managed markets, payer ecosystems, and market access frameworks
- Understanding of oncology treatment pathways and drug launch processes
