4. Software Verification and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

- Support continuous improvement by identifying gaps in design, development, testing, or support processes.
5. System Support and Troubleshooting
- Diagnose and isolate issues in complex software systems.
- Perform high-level triage of support queries across different system components.
- Collaborate with support teams to ensure smooth functionality of deployed applications.
6. Mentorship and Process Improvement
- Provide mentorship and guidance to new team members.
- Propose and implement enhancements in requirements gathering, testing, and design processes.

Required Qualifications and Skills
