Key Responsibilities – Senior CDM Programmer (EDC)
- Serve as Lead EDC Programmer for clinical studies of moderate to high complexity
- Design, build, test, and validate clinical databases and edit checks
- Work extensively with Medidata Rave and Veeva Vault EDC systems
- Develop and maintain custom functions and advanced data validation logic
- Manage Global Libraries in compliance with SDTM standards
- Lead multiple studies and coordinate with cross-functional project teams and clients
- Mentor, train, and guide junior CDM programmers
- Contribute to SOP development, bid support, and process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with IT teams on system troubleshooting and reporting tools
- Ensure compliance with GCPs, SOPs, and contractual obligations

Qualifications & Skills Required
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as an EDC / CDM Programmer
- Hands-on experience with Medidata Rave or Veeva Vault EDC
Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in Edit Checks, Custom Functions, and EDC database build
- Proficiency in SQL, C#, Crystal Reports, Spotfire, and JReview
- Good understanding of RDBMS and clinical data standards (SDTM)

- Proven technical leadership and team mentoring skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple studies
