Job Description
As a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) at CUS Tech, you will play a key role in ensuring that clinical trials are conducted ethically, efficiently, and in compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines. You will monitor study sites, verify data accuracy, and support investigators in maintaining high-quality trial standards. Remote Hiring Clinical Research Associate Job
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor ongoing clinical trials for compliance with protocols, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct site visits, including initiation, routine monitoring, and close-out visits.
- Review and verify Case Report Forms (CRFs) for data accuracy.
- Assist in site selection, investigator training, and performance assessment.
- Identify and document protocol deviations, adverse events, and safety concerns.
- Support regulatory submissions and maintain study documentation in compliance with ICH-GCP.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams — clinical operations, data management, and medical affairs.
- Ensure patient safety and data integrity throughout the study lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or related disciplines.
- Knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and clinical trial regulations.
- Strong understanding of study protocols, CRF documentation, and data management.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical mindset, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS).

Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems.
