Available Job Positions & Responsibilities
Sr. Chemist / Chemist – Quality Assurance (API)
- Preparation and review of APQR and annual product quality data
- Handling QMS activities such as deviations, change control, CAPA, and documentation
- Supporting internal and external audits and continuous improvement initiatives
QA Production Engineering Apprentices in Indore
Executive / Officer – Powder Processing (API)
- Managing shop floor activities including milling, sifting, and micronization
- Ensuring compliance with cGMP and safety standards
- Handling QMS documentation using Trackwise
Chemist / Technician – Production (API)
- Shift-based API manufacturing operations and batch charging
- Operating equipment such as Reactors, Centrifuges, ANFDs, and RCVDs
- Maintaining batch records, safety, and compliance
Assistant Manager / Executive – Engineering (Electrical & Instrumentation)
- Managing electrical systems, transformers, panels, and DG sets
- Calibration and troubleshooting of instruments and sensors
- Leading daily engineering operations to ensure uninterrupted production
Apprentice – Engineering, EHS & Production (Freshers Only)
- Assisting shop floor operations under supervision
- Following safety guidelines and GMP practices
- Supporting documentation and basic equipment maintenance

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications
- B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm for QA, Production, and Powder Processing
- BE / BTech / Diploma for Engineering roles
- B.Sc (Chemistry) / ITI (Fitter, RAC) for Apprentices
Experience Requirements
- QA (Sr. Chemist): Minimum 2 years
- Powder Processing: Minimum 5 years
- Production: Minimum 2 years
- Engineering: Minimum 8 years
- Apprentices: Freshers only (Pass-out years 2022–2025)
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to WHO, MHRA, or USFDA-approved Pharmaceutical API plants
Salary & Benefits
- Annual CTC range: ₹3 LPA to ₹12 LPA, depending on role and experience
