Key Responsibilities
1. Operational Enhancement
- Enhance the Operations team’s understanding of allocated databases to ensure accurate data utilization.
- Analyze operational metrics such as Average Handle Time (talk time + after-call work) to optimize efficiency.
- Design and recommend a standardized suite of client reports for consistent global reporting.
- Collaborate with the Client Services Team to address global reporting requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve database and telephony issues by coordinating with technical teams.

2. Reporting and Data Management
- Develop and maintain inquiry volume reports to support operational decision-making, workforce planning, and KPI tracking.
- Independently generate all scheduled reports from the Medical Information Database and other data systems.
- Prepare monthly activity summaries for client presentations and performance reviews.
- Support internal administrative teams by creating, validating, and sending weekly or monthly reports to clients.
- Reconcile Adverse Events (AEs) and Product Quality Complaints (PQCs) data across systems to ensure accurate documentation.

3. Administration and Support
- Assist in maintaining detailed documentation for client metrics, operational data, and report templates.
- Generate and check reports before client submission to ensure accuracy and compliance with deadlines.
- Support client invoicing processes by validating data accuracy.

4. Quality Assurance
- Maintain a high standard of data accuracy and integrity in all deliverables.
- Complete assigned tasks within Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) timelines and company standards.
