Role Purpose
The Project Specialist is responsible for handling day-to-day project tasks and supporting Associate Project Managers (APMs) and Project Managers. The role involves coordinating meetings, maintaining project documentation, updating systems, and preparing status reports and other project-related materials. Key Accountabilities
- Support successful execution of assigned project tasks under the guidance of the APM or Project Manager
- Take ownership of delegated project activities across the project lifecycle
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, issue logs, and risk management plans
- Escalate project issues in a timely manner and assist with resolution in coordination with internal stakeholders
- Contribute to a culture of process improvement, focusing on efficiency, value creation, and client needs
Decision Making & Responsibility
- Ensure compliance with company procedures in support of client deliverables
- Demonstrate and uphold company values centered on people, clients, and performance
