Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Site Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clinical trial sites during all phases—initiation, monitoring, and close-out.
- Conduct and document qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, and close-out visits in compliance with study protocols.
- Regulatory and Documentation Compliance:
- Manage and track Confidential Disclosure Agreements (CDAs) and Clinical Site Agreements (CSAs).
- Ensure all site documentation is maintained and updated within required systems, including CTMS (Clinical Trial Management System), EDC (Electronic Data Capture), and TMF (Trial Master File).
- Site Monitoring and Quality Assurance:
- Review site performance, assess protocol compliance, and verify data accuracy.
- Monitor safety reporting, including Serious Adverse Event (SAE) documentation and reporting timelines.
- Ensure all deviations and discrepancies are resolved promptly.
- Training and Support:
- Conduct site initiation visits and provide training to investigators and site staff.
- Support patient recruitment initiatives and resolve operational challenges at the site level.
- Financial and Inventory Oversight:
- Manage payment reconciliation, investigational product (IP) accountability, and inventory tracking.
