Key Responsibilities
- Identify, intake, and create safety cases in the Global Safety Database from multiple sources
- Perform triage, prioritization, data entry, processing, submission, and follow-up of ICSRs
- Handle serious and non-serious cases in line with client SOPs and global regulations
- Review source documents, validate cases, and perform duplicate checks
- Code adverse events, medical history, and suspect drugs using MedDRA and WHO-Drug
- Assess seriousness and causality; consult medical reviewers when required
- Draft high-quality case narratives and E2B sender comments
- Manage OOS, follow-ups, pending actions, and case closures within TATs
- Perform submissions for AEs, SAEs, and SUSARs; troubleshoot submission issues
- Translate source documents, narratives, and adverse events as applicable
- Monitor and reconcile client mailboxes and electronic gateways
- Support audits, inspections, ad-hoc PV projects, and documentation archiving
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory, compliance, and safety requirements

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS)
- Bachelorโs Degree in Life Sciences
- Masterโs Degree in Life Sciences
Experience
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Pharmacovigilance Operations / Drug Safety
Technical & Functional Skills
- Experience with safety databases and intake workflows
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology
- Familiarity with MedDRA and WHO-Drug dictionaries
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
Soft Skills
- Strong English proficiency (reading, writing, listening, speaking)
- Good medical writing skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to learn quickly and manage timelines effectively
