- Conduct data quality checks and ensure compliance with pharmacovigilance standards.
- Resolve routine operational issues by applying predefined processes and regulatory precedents.
- Collaborate with internal teams and supervisors while maintaining individual accountability.
- Work in rotational shifts as per project and client requirements.
