Key Responsibilities
As an Executive in the Pharmacovigilance department, your primary responsibilities will include: Pharmacovigilance Executive Job at Jubilant Pharma
- Performing case processing and data entry activities using the Argus Safety Database within defined turnaround times.
- Downloading, triaging, uploading, and booking-in regulatory and EMA MLM ICSR reports.
- Conducting literature screening, case triaging, and archiving activities.
- Ensuring accurate MedDRA coding for all adverse event reports.
- Maintaining compliance with company SOPs, global pharmacovigilance procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
- Communicating effectively with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders on safety data requirements.
- Supporting activities related to aggregate reporting, signal management, and regulatory submissions.
- Staying updated with Good Pharmacovigilance Practices (GVP) and evolving global safety reporting standards.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related disciplines.
- 1–3 years of experience in pharmacovigilance, drug safety, or clinical safety data management.
- Experience using Argus Safety Database or similar pharmacovigilance systems is preferred.
- Proficiency in MedDRA coding, ICSR case processing, and literature screening.
- Strong knowledge of GVP guidelines, ICH regulations, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Excellent attention to detail, quality orientation, and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work in a global team environment.
