Key Responsibilities

- Authoring and reviewing clinical and regulatory documents such as:
- Study Protocols and Amendments
- Investigator Brochures (IBs)
- Informed Consent Documents (ICDs)
- Case Report Forms (CRFs)
- Clinical Study Reports (CSRs)
- Common Technical Document (CTD) Modules (e.g., 2.5, 2.7) – optional
- Developing high-quality scientific materials including publications, abstracts, posters, white papers, and presentation slide decks.
- Ensuring compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines, regulatory standards (FDA, EMA), and company SOPs.
- Interpreting and summarizing clinical and scientific data clearly for diverse audiences, including regulatory agencies and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborating closely with clinical research, regulatory affairs, pharmacovigilance, and biostatistics teams to ensure document accuracy and completeness.
- Managing timelines, document versions, and quality standards across multiple projects.
- Assisting in the preparation and revision of medical writing SOPs and contributing to team training sessions.
- Participating in client-specific medical writing activities and providing input on strategic planning for documentation.

Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in medical writing, regulatory writing, or scientific documentation.
- Strong understanding of clinical research processes, GCP guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent command of English (written and verbal) with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in medical communications and document management systems.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and research skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-based environment.
