What You Will Do – Detailed Responsibilities
As a Researcher in Norstella’s Pharma/Biotech/Medtech Database team, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining one of the most comprehensive and accurate pharmaceutical intelligence databases in the world. - Creating new pharmaceutical company profiles from scratch by gathering and synthesizing publicly available information from annual reports, regulatory filings, press releases, clinical trial databases, patents, and other credible sources.
- Updating and enriching existing company profiles with the latest pipeline updates, financial data, strategic partnerships, M&A activity, leadership changes, and therapeutic focus areas.
- Ensuring data accuracy and completeness across hundreds of structured fields covering R&D pipeline, commercial products, manufacturing facilities, financial metrics, and market access information.
- Conducting in-depth secondary research to identify emerging biotech and medtech players and add them to the database proactively.
- Collaborating with global teams (US, UK, India) to meet strict quality and deadline requirements of commercial clients.
- Contributing ideas to improve data collection processes, templates, and coverage.

Who We Are Looking For – Essential Qualifications & Skills
- M.Pharm (Master of Pharmacy) – Freshers are strongly encouraged to apply
- Excellent foundational knowledge of pharmacology, drug development process, clinical trials, regulatory affairs, and pharmaceutical market dynamics
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret complex scientific and financial information
