Key Responsibilities
Production – Sterile Formulation
- Execute batch manufacturing and sterile filling operations
- Handle injectables, BFS eye drops, and three-piece sterile products
- Operate ampoule and vial washing machines such as Macofar
- Operate filling machines including ROTA, Groninger three-piece systems, and BFS lines
- Manage autoclaves and sterilization processes
- Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with Quality and Engineering teams

Quality Control
- Perform analysis of finished formulation products
- Conduct stability studies and routine QC testing
- Execute analytical method validation and method transfer
- Maintain documentation as per regulatory and data integrity standards
- Support audits and regulatory inspections

- Conduct sterility testing, microbial limit testing, and environmental monitoring
- Manage microbiology-related QMS activities
