- Provide on-site technical and clinical support during implantation and follow-up of pacemakers, ICDs, CRT devices, Micra leadless pacemakers, and Reveal LINQ loop recorders.
- Conduct in-person and virtual device education and training for doctors, fellows, technicians, and hospital staff.
- Support sales colleagues in achieving territory targets by demonstrating superior clinical outcomes and device features during cases.
- Partner with the Regional Sales team and Clinical Lead to identify and execute growth opportunities in assigned hospitals.
- Troubleshoot device-related queries in the field and serve as the first point of clinical contact for customers.
- Participate in national and regional conferences, CMEs, and wet-labs to increase awareness of Medtronic CRM therapies.
- Ensure 100% compliance with Medtronic Code of Conduct, AdvaMed guidelines, and local regulations during all customer interactions.
- Collect and share competitive intelligence and customer insights with marketing and sales teams.
- Assist in new product launches and clinical evaluations in your territory.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, or Life Sciences
OR - High School Diploma + at least 4 years of relevant clinical/sales experience (applicable in APAC)
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 0–3 years of experience in cath-lab, operation theatre, or medical device industry (CRM experience is a big plus but not mandatory)
- Strong interest in cardiac electrophysiology and implantable devices
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel extensively (50–70%) across West Bengal, Odisha, North-East states
- Comfortable working in sterile OT/cath-lab environment for long hours
