Available Positions and Responsibilities
1. Quality Assurance (IPQA & QMS)
- Conduct IPQA checks and prepare SOPs for in-process quality assurance.
- Perform line clearance, sampling of APIs, and drug products.
- Review batch production records (BPR) and ensure audit readiness.
- Manage documentation and data control, including control samples.
- Participate in investigations for deviations, OOS, OOT, and market complaints.
- Track change controls and prepare deviation trend reports.

2. Quality Control (Analytical & Wet Lab)
- Analyze raw materials, intermediates, and finished products using HPLC, GC, FTIR, and UV spectrophotometers.
- Conduct sampling, review, and release of materials and batches.
- Perform laboratory investigations for incidents, OOS, and OOT.
- Operate advanced analytical instruments like LCMS, PXRD, and AAS.

3. Production (API Manufacturing)
- Operate DAC columns in API manufacturing.
- Prepare SOPs and maintain production records.
- Verify and dispense raw materials as per production protocols.
- Manage manpower and ensure smooth operations of production equipment.

Educational Qualifications
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. (Chemistry)
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Experience Required
- Quality Assurance: 3–8 years (API industry experience preferred)
- Quality Control: 2–12 years (HPLC, GC, and analytical expertise required)
- Production: 3–8 years (API or formulation experience preferred)
Key Skills
- Hands-on experience in analytical instruments like HPLC, GC, FTIR, LCMS, and PXRD.
- Strong understanding of IPQA, QMS, and GMP documentation.
- Knowledge of regulatory and audit compliance.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Salary and Benefits
