About the Role
Jubilant Biosys is inviting applications for the position of Research Associate / Senior Research Associate in the Analytical Department. This position is focused on Supercritical Fluid Chromatography (SFC) and chiral method development. Professionals with hands-on experience in CROs and analytical purification are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for: Jubilant Biosys Hiring Research Associate / Senior Research Associate
- Supporting analytical chiral method development using SFC and Normal Phase purification.
- Ensuring timely delivery of project results within defined Turnaround Time (TAT).
- Performing regular maintenance and calibration of SFC instruments for optimal performance.
- Preparing and maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory and company standards.
- Conducting chiral screening and additional analytical tasks to support collaborative research projects.
Required Qualifications and Skills

- Postgraduate degree in Chemical or Life Sciences (M.Pharm / M.Sc.).
- 2–6 years of experience in a Contract Research Organization (CRO).
- Strong expertise in analytical chiral method development, SFC, and Normal Phase purification techniques.
- Ability to deliver high-quality results within project timelines.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
