Job Overview
IQVIA is seeking a Data Team Lead to oversee the end-to-end delivery of data management services for clinical research projects. The selected candidate will ensure timely, high-quality, and cost-effective data management deliverables that meet client expectations. You will lead project planning, financial tracking, execution, communication, and delivery activities within Clinical Data Management (CDM).

Key Responsibilities
Client Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on data management deliverables.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client data managers and internal stakeholders.
- Lead project discussions, negotiations, and continuous improvement processes.
- Ensure clear communication between clients and IQVIA teams to meet project timelines and deliverables.

- Collaborate closely with Data Operations Coordinators and other team members to ensure project milestones are achieved.

- Identify and resolve data issues through coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactively monitor quality metrics and implement corrective actions for process improvement.

Financial Management and Business Development
- Manage project budgets, scope, and deliverables according to contracts and Statements of Work (SOW).
- Review monthly financial performance and participate in project reviews.
- Identify out-of-scope activities and manage change orders effectively.

Team Leadership and Quality Management
- Guide team members to achieve operational excellence across CDM projects.
- Implement proactive quality management strategies to minimize risks.
- Ensure compliance with all GCP, SOPs, and IQVIA quality standards.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvement.

Qualifications and Skills Required
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Health, Clinical, Biological, or Mathematical Sciences or a related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in Clinical Data Management, including at least 6 months in a leadership or project management role.
- Proven experience managing full data management life cycle, preferably in Phase III studies.
- Strong knowledge of data management processes such as SAE reconciliation, vendor data management, and local lab data handling.
- Excellent understanding of medical terminology, pharmacology, anatomy, and physiology.
- Familiarity with GCP, ICH guidelines, and clinical research processes.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Demonstrated leadership and team collaboration skills.
