Job Overview
The Associate Medical Data Review Manager will provide comprehensive medical review expertise to ensure the delivery of high-quality data management outputs that meet customer expectations. The role involves overseeing structured patient data reviews, managing medical data processes, and supporting clinical teams through continuous process improvements and quality assurance. Key Responsibilities
- Identify patient anomalies and ensure medical congruency and data plausibility according to the study protocol.
- Provide project management support to clinical study teams and internal stakeholders.
- Manage workload projections, issue escalation, and process improvements.
- Maintain strong client and customer relationships.
- Track performance metrics and identify root causes of data or compliance issues.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within clinical data review processes.
- Deliver training and guidance to project clinical teams on therapeutic areas and indications.
- Participate in Kick-Off meetings, weekly team discussions, and client review sessions.
- Ensure timely follow-up on all project deliverables and compliance standards.
- Continuously enhance efficiency and quality across all assigned tasks.

Required Qualifications and Experience
- Education:
- MBBS with at least 2 years of experience, or
- MD with any experience (freshers are also eligible)
- Experience:
- Prior experience in clinical data sciences within a CRO, pharmaceutical, or medical organization preferred.
- Proven leadership and project management experience is desirable.
- Technical and Professional Skills:
- Strong understanding of clinical and medical data review processes.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, pharmacology, anatomy, and physiology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Customer-oriented approach with strong focus on quality and compliance.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
