Job Description
The IPQA Executive will be responsible for real-time quality assurance oversight during pharmaceutical manufacturing activities. The role involves close coordination with production, quality control, and validation teams to ensure product quality, regulatory compliance, and data integrity throughout the manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with cGMP guidelines, regulatory requirements, and internal quality systems
- Perform in-process quality checks during manufacturing operations
- Monitor shop floor activities and ensure adherence to approved SOPs and procedures
- Review and approve Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and related documentation
- Identify deviations and support investigations, CAPA implementation, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with Production, QA, and QC teams on quality-related matters
- Support internal audits, regulatory inspections, and quality reviews
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure data integrity practices
