Available Departments and Job Responsibilities
1. Production Department
- Operate and supervise granulation, compression, and coating processes.
- Ensure compliance with USFDA and MHRA regulatory standards.
- Maintain high-quality production standards in the OSD (Oral Solid Dosage) unit.
- Prepare and review production-related documentation.
Eligibility:
B.Pharm, D.Pharm, ITI, HSC, or SSC with 2–5 years of experience in granulation, compression, or coating.
2. Packing Department
- Oversee operations of CAM, IMA, Blister, CVC, and Cartonator machines.
- Manage Quality Management System (QMS) documentation related to packing.
- Ensure efficient and accurate packing processes.

Eligibility:
B.Pharm, D.Pharm, B.Sc, ITI, HSC, or SSC with 2–5 years of experience in packing operations and QMS documentation.
Experience in regulatory audits will be an advantage.
3. Quality Control Department
- Handle and review documents related to HPLC, GC, IR, UV, and QMS.
- Conduct material testing to ensure product quality and compliance.
- Maintain accuracy in documentation and analytical results.
Eligibility:
B.Sc or B.Pharm with 2–5 years of experience in HPLC, GC, IR, UV, or material testing.
Note: M.Sc candidates will not be considered for QC roles.
4. Engineering Department
- Supervise and maintain HVAC, utility, and plant maintenance operations.
- Ensure smooth functioning of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot and optimize engineering processes.
Eligibility:
B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical/Electrical), ITI, HSC, or SSC with 2–5 years of relevant experience in HVAC, utility, or plant maintenance.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to USFDA/MHRA regulated environments.
- Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and quality-driven environment.
Salary and Benefits
Salary Range: INR 3,00,000 – 6,00,000 per annum (depending on role and experience)
