Key Responsibilities in Analytical Method Development

1. Analytical Instrument Handling
- Independently operate advanced analytical instruments such as HPLC, UV spectrophotometer, and dissolution apparatus for assay and related testing.
- Perform analytical evaluations including assay, content uniformity, blend uniformity, dissolution testing, and related substances analysis for various dosage forms.
2. Technology Transfer and QC Support
- Provide analytical support during technology transfer to manufacturing sites.
- Offer quality control (QC) assistance and participate in troubleshooting analytical issues at different production plants.
- Ensure seamless collaboration between R&D and manufacturing teams to meet global compliance standards.
3. Software and Documentation
- Operate analytical software systems such as Empower 3.0 and Chromeleon 7.2 for instrument control and data processing.
- Prepare and review analytical reports, validation documents, and method transfer protocols in compliance with regulatory standards.
4. On-site Plant Support
- Perform extensive travel to Ipca’s various manufacturing units to provide on-ground analytical support and ensure consistent implementation of analytical methods.
