As Senior Executive – Purchase, you will be accountable for end-to-end procurement activities supporting the Plasma Fractionation Centre. Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Procurement: Manage procurement lifecycle for primary categories—raw materials, packing materials, QC consumables, and R&D supplies—from requisition to receipt and vendor payment coordination.
- SAP MM Execution: Execute purchase orders, goods receipts, invoice verification, and master-data changes within SAP MM module; ensure accurate and timely updates.
- Supplier Identification & Onboarding: Identify, evaluate and qualify new suppliers; coordinate vendor assessment, qualification audits, and onboarding processes with QA and Regulatory teams.
- Contract & Price Management: Lead negotiations for contracts, long-term supply agreements, and framework agreements; ensure favorable commercial terms while maintaining compliance.
- Supplier Performance: Monitor supplier performance using SLAs and KPIs; implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives where necessary.
- Indirect Procurement Oversight: Manage procurement of indirect categories—IT hardware/software, facility services, logistics providers, and other service vendors—ensuring cost-effectiveness and service continuity.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Production, QC, R&D and Projects to align procurement timelines with operational needs and capex schedules.
