Job Roles & Responsibilities
Production – Injectable Manufacturing
- Operate and monitor injectable manufacturing processes
- Perform aseptic and sterile operations as per cGMP
- Handle batch execution, deviations, and documentation
- Support process optimization and continuous improvement

- Conduct in-process quality checks during manufacturing and packing
- Review batch manufacturing and batch packing records
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, and data integrity requirements
Quality Control (QC)
- Perform analytical testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished products
- Execute method validation and stability studies
- Maintain laboratory documentation and audit readiness
OSD Packing – Technician / Operator
- Operate blister, strip, and bottle packing machines
- Ensure line clearance, reconciliation, and SOP compliance
- Maintain packing documentation and production efficiency
Quality Assurance / Compliance
- Handle compliance documentation and CAPA management
- Support internal, external, and regulatory audits
- Maintain and improve quality management systems

Experience Requirements
- Technician / Operator: 1–10 years
- Executive / Senior Executive: 6–17 years
