Key Responsibilities
As a Stability Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and stability of pharmaceutical products. Your responsibilities include: Innoxel Lifesciences Hiring for Stability Coordinator
- Designing & Executing Stability Studies: Plan and execute stability studies for drug substances, products, and raw materials in compliance with ICH guidelines (Q1A–Q1F) and cGMP.
- Database Management: Maintain stability program databases, track samples, manage schedules, and oversee time-point pulls.
- Coordination with QC Labs: Ensure timely testing of stability samples by working closely with Quality Control teams.
- Protocol & Report Generation: Prepare and review stability protocols, summaries, and reports to meet regulatory requirements.
- Monitoring Storage Conditions: Oversee stability chambers, monitor temperature/humidity, and handle deviations.
- OOS/OOT Investigations: Collaborate with QA/QC teams to investigate Out of Specification (OOS) and Out of Trend (OOT) results.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, complete, and compliant records of all stability-related activities.
Eligibility Criteria

- Education: B.Pharm from a recognized institution.
- Experience: 2–5 years in Stability, QA, or QC roles within a USFDA-approved injectable plant.

- Hands-on experience in stability study design and execution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for OOS/OOT cases.
- Good communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
