Key Responsibilities
As a Regulatory and Clinical Business Analyst at Infosys, you will play a crucial role in delivering IT and consulting solutions for global Life Sciences clients. Your primary responsibilities will include: Infosys Hiring Regulatory and Clinical Business Analyst
- Designing and implementing Clinical and Regulatory IT solutions for pharmaceutical and biotech clients.
- Collaborating with cross-functional and client teams throughout project lifecycles.
- Applying domain knowledge in Clinical Trials, Pharmacovigilance, and Drug Safety to support technology solutions.
- Implementing and managing Computer System Validation (CSV) frameworks and ensuring compliance.
- Driving business transformation initiatives to improve client profitability and innovation.
- Managing project deliverables, timelines, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Staying updated with emerging technologies, regulations, and global compliance trends.
- Analyzing existing processes and recommending technology-based improvements for efficiency and compliance.
Educational Qualifications
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in any of the following disciplines: Infosys Hiring Regulatory and Clinical Business Analyst
- Pharmacy: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- Engineering: B.E / B.Tech / M.Tech
- Computer Applications: BCA / MCA
Essential Skills and Experience
- 2–10 years of experience in Clinical or Regulatory IT solutions.
- Proven understanding of Life Sciences domains including Clinical Trials, Drug Safety, and Pharmacovigilance.
- Familiarity with US and EU regulatory frameworks and compliance systems.
- Knowledge of software configuration management systems and validation processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- Hands-on experience with Regulatory Compliance and CSV systems.
Preferred Skills
- Domain expertise in Clinical Trials, Compliance, and Safety Systems.
- Working knowledge of RegTech platforms and Life Sciences IT tools.
- Understanding of data integrity, validation, and audit readiness in regulated environments.
