About the Role
Accenture is seeking a HR Service Delivery Senior Analyst specializing in Talent Acquisition – Candidate Assessments. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in end-to-end recruitment processes across domestic and international markets (especially US and Canada) while ensuring smooth candidate experience, compliance, and operational excellence. You will support Accenture’s Talent Acquisition team by managing interview scheduling, ATS management, background checks, onboarding documentation, and reporting — contributing to the organization’s global recruitment efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process for domestic and international hiring (US/Canada).
- Filter and screen applications to ensure candidates meet required competencies and job criteria.
- Assist recruiters with interview scheduling across multiple time zones.
- Maintain and update Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Capital Management (HCM) systems.
- Coordinate background verification, drug testing, and onboarding formalities.
- Communicate effectively with candidates regarding interview logistics, feedback, and offer updates.
- Prepare and issue offer letters and other recruitment-related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with US labor laws and Accenture’s internal hiring policies.
- Generate and maintain recruitment reports and performance dashboards.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and other internal stakeholders for timely hiring feedback.
- Train interviewers on evaluation techniques and competency-based assessments.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
Candidate Requirements
- Education: Any Graduate (Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred).
- Experience: 5–8 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Operations.
- Mandatory Skills:
- Strong experience with ATS, Job Boards, or HCM tools.
- Hands-on experience in US/Canada recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication skills — professional writing, clear virtual communication, and confident speaking style.
- Desirable Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Analytical mindset for recruitment reporting and data tracking.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts, including US working hours.
Role Expectations
- Handle moderately complex recruitment tasks and decision-making.
- Collaborate effectively with peers, management, and occasionally with clients.
- Ensure seamless execution of daily recruitment operations.
- Work as an individual contributor or manage a small support team.
