The Production Chemist will be responsible for executing and monitoring chemical manufacturing operations in accordance with approved batch manufacturing records and safety guidelines. Key Responsibilities
- Execute chemical synthesis and manufacturing processes as per Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR)
- Operate reactors, centrifuges, dryers, and related production equipment
- Monitor process parameters, yields, and critical observations during manufacturing
- Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and GMP guidelines
- Maintain accurate batch documentation and production records
- Assist in troubleshooting process deviations and implementing corrective actions
- Participate in equipment cleaning, validation, and maintenance activities
- Coordinate with Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) teams during production activities
