Objective:
As an Analyst at R1 RCM India, your main responsibility will be to process medical billing accounts accurately within defined timelines and help reduce payer rejections efficiently. Freshers Job Medical Billing at R1 RCM
Key Responsibilities
- Process US medical billing accounts accurately within defined turnaround times (TAT).
- Handle payer rejections efficiently and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain quality and accuracy while processing claims.
- Work in a 24×7 environment and be open to night shifts.
- Demonstrate good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Use MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint effectively to support billing operations.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Good communication skills — both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic understanding of the healthcare system, including Medicare and Medicaid.
