As a Clinical Data Science Assistant, you will provide crucial support to data management project teams within Global Development. The role includes managing access to databases, coordinating study documentation, maintaining records, and supporting process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Data and Access Management
- Manage and administer database access (EDC, SharePoint, or other systems) based on request workflows.
- Maintain records and reports of user access while ensuring compliance with study-specific data protocols.
- File and archive data management documents from legacy studies into the Trial Master File (TMF).
- Respond to database access queries and escalate issues as needed.
Project and Administrative Support
- Assist Data Management Operations Leaders with project setup and coordination.
- Build and manage project team folders and grant appropriate access permissions in SharePoint.
- Attend project meetings, record outputs, and update reports and metrics for leadership updates.
- Manage departmental calendars, inboxes, and workflow tracking for the Access Management team.
- Support onboarding of new employees, coordinating with IT, Facilities, and Procurement teams.

Process Improvement
- Participate in departmental workflow coordination and contribute to process enhancement initiatives.
- Update SharePoint department pages and maintain data accuracy.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with experience in clinical data, data management, or administrative coordination.
- Skills Required:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with database systems such as EDC or SharePoint.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Strong technical proficiency with digital collaboration tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of ICH-GCP and data management processes is a plus.
