Key Roles & Responsibilities
Production Responsibilities
- Handle manufacturing activities related to API and intermediate production
- Monitor batch processes and ensure compliance with GMP standards
- Supervise plant operations and coordinate with team members
- Maintain production records and ensure proper documentation
- Ensure smooth functioning of equipment and production lines
Quality Assurance (QA) Responsibilities
- Maintain and review documents in accordance with QMS and GMP requirements
- Handle deviations, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions), and OOS investigations
- Support internal and external audit processes
- Review batch manufacturing records and ensure accuracy
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and regulatory compliance
Quality Control (QC) Responsibilities
- Perform chemical and instrumental analysis using HPLC, GC, and related tools
- Test raw materials, intermediates, and finished products
- Follow GLP guidelines in laboratory operations
- Maintain accurate records of test results and reports
- Assist in stability studies and method validation activities
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
- B.Sc or M.Sc in Chemistry
- BE in Chemical Engineering
Experience:
