Roles & Responsibilities
🔹 Production
- Operate and maintain equipment for granulation, compression, coating, capsule filling, injectables, and packing.
- Manage utilities including boiler, ETP, water systems, and lyophilizers.
- Ensure compliance with WHO-GMP standards.
- Freshers Hiring for Production / QA / QC
🔹 Quality Assurance (QA/CQA)
- Conduct IPQA, validation, and equipment qualification.
- Maintain QMS (Quality Management Systems) and regulatory documentation.
- Perform audits to ensure quality compliance.
🔹 Quality Control (QC)
- Conduct chemical and instrumentation testing (HPLC/GC/IR).
- Follow GLP protocols for product validation and analysis.
- Maintain accurate documentation for audits.
🔹 Engineering
- Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, and plant utilities.
- Perform preventive maintenance for smooth operations.
- Support manufacturing through mechanical and electrical expertise.
🔹 HR & Others
- Recruitment, employee relations, and EHS compliance.
- Oversee housekeeping and change room operations.
- Support plant administration.
Eligibility
- Production Operators: 10th/12th/ITI/Diploma, 2–6 years exp.
- Officers/Executives: B.Pharm/M.Pharm, 1–5 years exp.
- QA/CQA: B.Pharm/M.Pharm/M.Sc, 1–5 years exp.
- QC: B.Sc/M.Sc/B.Pharm, 1–9 years exp.
- Engineering: ITI/Diploma/B.Tech (Electrical/Mechanical), 1–6 years exp.
- HR Roles: BBA/MBA, 1–8 years exp.
- Supervisors (Housekeeping/Change Room): 10th/12th/Diploma, 1–5 years exp.
