Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd is inviting applications for the position of Executive – Regulatory & Business Continuity (RA EM) at its R&D facility in Baroda. This role is part of the R&D1 Regulatory Affairs team and focuses on regulatory submissions and lifecycle management for Brazil (ANVISA) markets. Executive Regulatory Affairs Job

Job Responsibilities
- Prepare registration strategies for Brazil regulatory submissions
- Develop a clear understanding of ANVISA guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Handle new product registrations and post-approval changes
- Review regulatory documents and dossiers to support faster product approvals
- Prepare and submit responses to deficiency letters from ANVISA (Brazil)
- Manage lifecycle maintenance (PCH) for drug product registration dossiers
- Ensure timely circulation of regulatory approvals and updates
- Provide regulatory support to cross-functional teams
- Assess and manage change control activities in line with regulatory guidelines
- Prepare and submit scientific advice requests to ANVISA, Brazil
Job Requirements
Educational Qualification:
- M.Pharm (Mandatory)
Experience:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, preferably in Emerging Markets (Brazil/LatAm exposure preferred)
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of regulatory submission processes
- Understanding of post-approval change management
- Ability to interpret and apply regulatory guidelines
- Good documentation, coordination, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
