Key Responsibilities
As an Associate Analyst – Analytics, you will:
- Participate in technical and healthcare domain training sessions to build analytical and domain expertise.
- Deliver standardized reports and dashboards to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and quality under senior supervision.
- Support ad-hoc analytical and reporting requests, including:
- Creating new reports or dashboards
- Automating existing processes for efficiency
- Collaborating with senior analysts on execution and delivery
- Communicate insights, findings, and issues clearly using standardized templates.
- Participate in daily stand-up calls with onshore/offshore leads and client discussions.
- Work on analytical, optimization, and implementation projects with internal and external teams.
- Use JIRA for project and ticket management — updating statuses, adding comments, and tracking deliverables.

Essential Qualifications
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or healthcare-related field, such as:
- Actuarial Science, Statistics, Operations Research, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics
- Health Administration, Epidemiology, Public Health, Biology
Experience:
- 1–3 years of professional experience in analytics, reporting, or data analysis.
- Exposure to SAS, SQL, or related data tools during academics or work experience.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Base SAS coding (Enterprise Guide) and SQL.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with VBA, SharePoint, and JIRA.
Domain Knowledge:
- Prior experience working with healthcare claims data or health plan analytics preferred.
- Ability to interpret and present complex data in a clear, actionable format.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Collaborative and adaptable, capable of working across diverse teams and time zones.
Work Requirements
- Location: Pune, India

- Working Hours: Must be available for US overlapping hours
- Internet Requirement: High-speed broadband (minimum 50 Mbps) with wired connectivity
