Job Roles & Responsibilities
Production (Filling & Packing)
- Manage filling and packing operations for semisolid formulations.
- Ensure GMP compliance and maintain production schedules.
- Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot as needed.
Manufacturing (Bulk Manufacturing)
- Oversee bulk manufacturing processes for pharmaceutical products.
- Conduct quality checks and follow SOPs.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency.
Engineering (Process Engineering / Utility & Projects / HVAC & Water System)
- Maintain HVAC, water systems, and utility equipment.
- Support plant upgrades and engineering projects.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
Qualifications
Production (Filling & Packing):
- Education: B.Pharm, B.Sc., Diploma, or ITI (Electrical/Mechanical/Fitter)
- Experience: 1–7 years
Manufacturing (Bulk Manufacturing):
- Education: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Diploma, or ITI (Pharmacy/Electrical/Mechanical/Fitter)
- Experience: 1–7 years
Engineering (Process/Utility/Projects):
- Education: DME, DEE, B.Tech, or B.E. (Mechanical/Electrical)
- Experience: 2–8 years
Additional Requirements:
- Preference for Goa domicile candidates
- Willingness to work in shifts
